The Bundt that I baked for you today is very moist, it has a dough full
of many blueberries and a hot bath of orange juice that makes it very sweet,
I'm sure you're going to fall in love with it...

Vamos a hacer un homenaje al mes los Arándanos

El Bundt que os he horneado hoy, esta muy húmedo...
Tiene una masa llena de arándanos y un baño caliente de
zumo de naranja que la hace muy melosa, estoy segura que os va a enamorar..
Empecemos:
Ingredientes:
225ml Olive oil
1 1/2 cups (300 g) raw castor sugar or granulated sugar
4 eggs, separated
zest of 2 oranges
Zest of 1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon vanilla extract or vanilla paste
2 1/2 cups (400g) plain/all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda (baking soda)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup (250 ml) red fruit yogurt
2 cups (250g) frozen blueberries
Orange Frosting
Juice 2 Oranges
1/2 cup sugar glass

225ml Aceite Oliva Virgen
300g azúcar
4 huevos separados
Ralladura de 2 naranjas
Ralladura de medio limón
1 cucharada vainilla
400g Harina
2 cucharaditas Levadura
1 cucharadita Bicarbonato
1/2 cucharadita Sal
250ml Yogur de Frutos del bosque
250g Arándanos congelados
Baño Naranja
Zumo 2 Naranjas
1/2 taza Azucar glass
Paso a paso:
Mise en place.. |
Batir el aceite con el azúcar hasta que este suave.. Beat oil and sugar until ligth.. |
Agregar las yemas, la ralladura de naranja y limón, la vainilla, hasta que se mezclen.. Add the egg yolks, orange and lemon zest, vanilla and beat until combined.. |
Agregar ahora el harina, la levadura, el bicarbonato cernidos sobre la mezcla.. Next add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, sifted over the mix.. |
Añadir también la sal y el yogurt hasta que la mezcla este bien integrada.. Add salt, yogurt and mix until just combined. |
Poner la masa en el molde bundt, engrasado y enharinado.. Pour batter into cake pan greased and floured.. |
Hornear a 180 grados durante una hora y 15 minutos.. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.. |
Mise en place del baño naranja.. |
Cocer a fuego lento durante 15 minutos.. Cook over low heat for a further 15 minutes.. |
Hornear hasta que al hacer la prueba del palillo este salga limpio.. Bake until the knife test comes out clean. |
Que os parece? La he decorado con mermelada de arándanos y algunas frutas también..What do you think? I have decorated it with blueberry jam and some fruits. |
