I have prepared a really delicious cake...
Lemon-Poppyseed! It's fluffy and the cheese swirls and poppy seeds
they give it a flavor that will make you fall in love!

Os he preparado un pastel realmente delicioso...
Limon y Semillas de amapola!
Es esponjoso, queda muy humedo,los remolinos de queso y las semillas

de amapola, le dan un sabor que os va a enamorar!
Empecemos:
Ingredients:
Cake
4 eggs
2 cups Brown sugar
zest of 2 lemons
1 cup butter, unsalted and softened
1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp fine sea salt
2 1/2 cups cake flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup poppy seeds
Cream Cheese Swirled
1 package cream cheese softened
1 egg
⅓ cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons sour cream
Pinch salt
Splash os vanilla

Bizcocho
4 Huevos
440g Azucar moreno
ralladura 2 Limones
225g Mantequilla
1 cucharada Vainilla
1 cucharadita Sal gorda
335g Harina
1/2 cucharadita Levadura
1/4 cucharadira Bicarbonato
220ml Buttermilk (leche + limon)
1/4 taza semillas Amapola
Remolinos de Queso
175g Queso Crema
1 Huevo
1/3 taza Azucar
2 cucharadas Nata
pizca Sal
Chorrito Vainilla
Paso a paso..Step by Step..
Mise en place Remolinos.. Swirled.. |
Mezclar todos los ingredientes hasta hacer una crema y reservar.. Mix all the ingredients, reserve. |

Tamizar el harina con la levadura y el bicarbonado.. Sift in the cake flour with the baking powder and soda. |
Añadir los huevos de uno en uno mezclando a velocidad baja hasta incorporar completamente..Add the eggs, one at a time, with the mixer on low. . |
Añadir el harina y mezclar con la espatula.. Add the flour and mix with a spatula. |
Añadir el buttermilk y mezclar suavemente.. Add the buttermilk and mix slowly. |
Por ultimo añadir las semillas de amapola y mezclar.. Add the poppy seeds and mix. |
Precalentar el horno a 180 grados. Engrasar el molde bundt con matequilla y harina ó con spray.. Preheat the oven to 350 F.Butter and flour (or use baking spray) a bundt pan. |
Una vez tengamos la masa lista, colocamos 2/3 masa en el molde.. Once you have made the cake batter, add ⅔ of it into the bundt pan. |
Verter la crema de queso en el centro.. Pour the cheesecake filling into the center. |
Añadir el resto de masa en la parte superior del molde.. Add the remaining cake batter on top. |
Hornear durante 50 minutos ó hasta que al hacer la prueba el palillo salga limpio.. Bake for 50 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean. |
Sacar del horno y dejar enfriar durante 15 minutos, desmoldar.. Let cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then invert it onto a plate. |
Cuando el pastel este completamente frio, decoramos con azucar glass.. When the cake is cool, decorate with icing sugar. |
