Una forma deliciosa de comer verduras, un plato sano, muy colorido
y con el queso derretido por encima es una verdadera ricura!
Empecemos:
Ingredients:
2 eggplants
2 courgettes
5 tomatoes
fresh rosemary

5 Tomates
Romero fresco
Tomillo
Hierbas provenzales
Bote Tomate frito
Aceite Oliva Virgen Extra
Sal y pimienta negra
Queso Emmental rallado
Paso a paso:
Mise en place.. |
Cortar todas las verduras en rodajas, es mejor que sean gruesas y lo mas similares posibles. Cut all vegetables into slices |
Este es el tomate frito que voy a utilizar, es ecologico muy rico de sabor. The tomato sauce |
Pintar con aceite el molde que vamos a utilizar. Spread oil |
Ready. Listo mis Patycofans tengo todas las verduras colocadas. |
Aliñar con sal, las especias y chorrito de aceite de oliva. Season with salt, spices and a splash of olive oil. |
Hornear durante 1 hora. Bake 1 hour. |
Al cabo de una hora, sacar el molde del horno, retirar el papel de plata. After an hour, remove the pan from the oven, remove the foil. |
Lista para disfrutar mis Patycofans, asi calentita recien salida del horno es un festin delicioso. Ready to enjoy! |
