*Strawberry ice cream with cream*

Ingredientes. Ingredients:
Para la tarta. For the cake:
1 y media tazas nata para montar. 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
1 y media tazas Azucar. 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 Huevos y 2 Yemas. 3 medium eggs + 2 egg yolks
2 y 1/3 tazas Harina. 2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cucharada + 1 cucharadita Levadura. 1 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon baking powder
1 taza pure fresas frescas casero. 2 cups fresh strawberries, puree
Decoracion. For the topping:
Media taza pure fresas casero. 1/2 cup strawberry puree before
2 cucharadas Azucar. 2 Tablespoon granulated sugar
1 taza Nata para montar. 1 cup whipping cream
1 cucharadita Vanilla. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fresas frescas. Some fresh strawberries
Paso a paso. Directions:

En el bol de la batidora y ojala este frio, colocar la nata para semi montarla. In a large bowl, preferably cold, whip whipping cream until starts to thicken. |
Lentamente añadir el azucar sin dejar de batir y a velocidad media baja. Gradually, add sugar while beating at medium-low speed. |
Añadir los huevos uno a uno y ligeramente batidos. Add eggs, lightly beaten, one at a time, |
Tambien añadiremos las yemas batidas, mezclamos bien. And then, add egg yolks. Mix well. |
Cernir el harina con la levadura. Sift flour and baking powder. |
Poco a poco añadiremos el harina a los liquidos para mezclar. Gradually, add flour mixture to the batter, |
Lo haremos suavemente con ayuda de una espatula y movimientos envolventes hasta lograr una masa homogenea. And stir with a spatula in evolving movements. |

Mezclamos bien, para dar mas color he añadido 2 gotas de colorante rosa a la mezcla de masa. Stir well. If you want, you can add some pink coloring food. Ahora colocaremos la mitad de la masa restante en el fondo del molde. Add half of the uncolored batter to the mold. Añadir la masa rosa y con ayuda de un palillo de madera largo, mezclar haciendo remolinos. Add the strawberry batter on top and make swirls with a wooden stick.
Añadir el resto de la masa por encima, dar unos pequeños golpecitos al mlde para nivelar la masa. Add the rest of the uncolored batter on top. |

Sacar del horno y dejar enfriar durante 15 minutos. Let cool for 15 minutes. |

Desmoldar sobre una rejilla para dejar enfriar por completo. Remove from the mold and let cool completely. Para decorar colocar unas generosas cucharadas de crema sobre el bundt, algunas fresas frescas y pure de fresas por supuesto. Garnish the base of the cake with some halves of strawberry. Pour whipped cream on top of the cake. Pour strawberry puree on top of the whipped cream. |

Os habreis dado cuenta que no lleva ni mantequilla ni aceite, la parte grasa la hemos reemplazado con la nata y la textura es perfecta!
