Febrero mes del amor mis Patycofans...
Y como no podia ser no ibamos a faltar a tan romantica cita!
Comparto los bundts del amor con mis compis #bundtbakers
este mes nuestra compañera Wendy Klik nos invita a
celebrar San Valentine a celebrar el amor!!!
Empecemos:
Ingredients:
2/3 taza tableta Chocolate. 2/ 3 cup chocolate morsels
125g Mantequilla. 1 cup butter
1 y media taza Azucar moreno. 1 1/ 2 cups packed brown sugar
3 Huevos. 3 eggs
3 Remolachas medianas. 2 cups pureed beets
1 c/radita Vainilla. 1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tazas Harina. 2 cups flour
15g Levadura. 3 teaspoons baking soda
media c/dita Sal. 1/ 2 teaspoon salt
Decoracion. Decoration
Ganache chocolate brillante. Chocolate ganache
Fresas. Strawberries

Paso a paso: Step by step:
Mise en place.. |
Batir en la batiora el azucar y la mantequilla restante. Cream together remaining butter and brown sugar. |
Cortar las remolachas en trozos y ponerlas en la trituradora. Cut the beets into chunks and put them in the shredder. |
Triturar hasta obtener un pure cremoso, reservar. Blend until pureed. |
Añadir los huevos de uno en uno integrando. Beat in eggs one at a time. |
En otro tazón mezclar el harina, la levadura, la sal y tamizar. In another bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt. |
Agregar en tres veces los ingredientes secos a la mezcla de mantequilla, azucar y huevo. Slowly add dry ingredients to butter, sugar and egg mixture. |
Agregar el chocolate. Mix in chocolate. |
Agregar la vainilla. Mix in vanilla. |
Agregar el pure de remolacha. Mix in beets. |
Mezclar bien, tendremos una masa suave y cremosa. Blend thoroughly. |
Poner la masa en el molde y dar unos golpes suaves para sacar las burbujas de aire. Pour into prepared pan. Tap gently on countertop to remove air bubbles. |

Decorar bañando con el ganache de chocolate y las fresas frescas. Top with the chocolate ganache and fresh strawberries. |
