Este Noviembre tenemos doble celebracion mis Patycofans..
El mes del Bundt Cake y el mes de la Mantequilla de cacahuete!!!
Yupi.. yupi.. yupi!!!
Que mejor celebracion que un bundt de chocolate y crema de cacahuetes.
Este mes nuestra la anfitriona de nuestro querido grupo de adoradoras
Empecemos:
Ingredientes:
90g Cacao. 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 Huevos. 2 large eggs
240g Harina. 240g all-purpose flour
180g Azucar. 180g sugar
15g Levadura 3 teaspoon baking powder
240ml Aceite 1 cup vegetable oil
240ml Leche. 1 cup whole milk
Reese´s
Chispitas chocolate. semisweet chocolate chips
Glaseado:
4 cucharadas peanut butter. 4 tablespoons peanut butter
5 cucharadas leche. 5 tablespoons whole milk
Paso a paso:
Mise en place.. |
Precalentar el horno a 180 grados. Mezclar la leche con el aceite. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Mix the milk with the oil. |
Añadir los huevos y batir. Add the eggs and beat. |
Añadir el azucar, batir. Add sugar, stir. |
Añadir el cacao. Add cocoa. |
Mezclar el harina con la levadura. Mix the flour with yeast. |
Tamizar. Sift flour |
Añadir la harina en 2 veces al cacao y mezclar suavemente. Add the flour in 2 times cocoa and mix gently. |
La masa es bastante pesada y muy brillante. The dough is quite heavy and very shiny. |
Colocar la masa en el molde bundt muy engrasado. Place dough in the bundt pan very greased. |
Por encima de la masa colocar las chispitas de chocolate y los Reese´s. Above the dough place the chocolate chips and Reese's. |
Dejar reposar sobre una rejilla, hasta enfriar por completo. Cool for 15 minutes in the pan, then turn out the loaf and finish cooling on a wire rack. |
Preparar el glaseado mezclando la leche con la crema de cacahuete. To make the glaze combine the peanut butter and 5 tablespoons of milk and wish until smooth. |
Mirad que aspecto mas bonito. See that look prettier. |
El glaseado de cacahuete es el toque perfecto de sabor. Peanut glaze is the perfect touch of flavor. |
