Este mes nuestra amiga Stacy de *Food Lust People Love* ha tenido la idea de
hornear nuestro bundt favorito de calabaza para nuestro grupo de #BundtBakers
Empecemos:
Ingredients - Ingredientes:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 cup pure pumpkin fresh
3 eggs
2 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
2 cloves
1/4 tsp kosher salt
Nuts and raisins
1 teaspoon sugar
1 star anise
1 star anise
1/2 taza Mantequilla, pomada
1 taza de azúcar en polvo
1 cucharadita miel de arce
2 cucharadas de leche descremada
Nueces
1 1/2 taza Azúcar
2 tazas pure Calabaza fresca
3 huevos
2 1/2 tazas Harina
1/2 cucharadita Bicarbonato
2 cucharaditas Levadura
1/2 cucharadita Canela polvo
1 cucharadita de jengibre polvo
1g Nuez moscada polvo
2 Clavos de olor
1g Sal
Nueces y Pasas
1 cucharadita Azucar
1 Anis estrellado
For the glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp maple flavoring
2 Tbsp skim milk
Nuts
Para el glaseado:
1 taza de azúcar en polvo
1 cucharadita miel de arce
2 cucharadas de leche descremada
Nueces
Step by Step - Paso a paso:
Mise en place.. |
Cocer la calabaza 15 minutos en agua con 1 cucharadita de azucar y 1 anis estrellado. Cook the pumpkin in water (15 minutes) with 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 star anise. |
Cuando este blanda, retirar y escurrir en un colador y dejar enfriar. When soft, remove and drain and let cool. |
Triturar con ayuda de la batidora y reservar . Blend and reserve |
Precalentar el horno a 180 grados. Cremar la mantequilla. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Soften butter |
Añadir el azucar y batir a velocidad alta durante 2 minutos. Beat the butter and sugar until combined, about 2 minutes. |
Añadir el pure de calabaza y mezclar bien. Add pumpkin. |
Añadir los huevos de uno en uno hasta integrar completamente. Add eggs, beat until blended. |
Tamizar. Sift flour |
Añadir el harina al pure. Add the flour to the puree |
En tres veces y batir solo lo justo, no sobre-batir la masa. In three times. Not over mixing |
Es el momento de añadir las nueces. Add nuts |
Y por ultimo añadimos las pasas. Finally add raisins |
LLevar al horno durante 40 a 50 minutos ó hasta que al hacer la prueba del palillo salga limpio. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 -50 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean. |
El glazeado con miel de maple le da un sabor y aroma delicioso, he decorado con algunas nueces por encima tambien, verdad que se ve realmente apetitoso! The maple glaze gives a delicius flavor. |

ResponderEliminarHats off to you for working with fresh pumpkin! I'm sure it makes a difference in baking and it looks really good. The light glaze and walnuts are a great crowning glory for this cake.
