Empecemos:
Ingredients:
3 tablespoon unsalted butter
1/2 cup white chocolate pieces
2/3 cup sugar
4 eggs medium
2 tablespoons very strong black coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
Filling:
1 cup fresh raspberries
Confectioners¨ sugar for dusting
1/4 cup grated white chocolate
Ingredientes:
3 cucharadas Mantequilla
100g Chocolate blanco troceado
2/3 taza Azucar
4 Huevos medianos
2 cucharadas Cafe instantaneo
1 cucharadita Vainilla
1 taza Harina
1 taza Frambuesas
Azucar Glass
1/4 taza Chocolate blanco rallado
Directions... Paso a paso:
Mise en place: |
Look how creamy it is ... (Mirad que cremoso ha quedado...) |
Beat the eggs in the mixer for 5 minutes, mixer until the mixture is pale and thick (Batir los huevos en la batidora durante 5 minutos, hasta que doblen su tamaño y se vean de color claro...) |
Place the coffee and vanilla extract... (Agregar el cafe instantaneo y la vainilla) |
Sift in the flour... (Tamizar el harina sobre la mezcla) |
Mix gently... (Mezclar suavemente...) |
Add the butter mixture and chocolate (Agregar la mezcla de mantequilla y chocolate...) |
Bake for 25-30 minutes until risen, golden brown, and spring to the touch... (Hornear durante 25 a 30 minutos hasta que el palillo salga limpio y la veamos doradita) |
Cool in the pan for 15 minutes... (Reposar dentro del molde durante 15 minutos) |
Before turning out onto a wire rack to cool... (Desmoldar sobre una rejilla y dejar enfriar por completo) |
To decorate grated white chocolate .. (Para decorar rallar el chocolate blanco...) |
Top with the icing sugar, chocolate and raspberries... (Poner por encima el azucar glass, el chocolate y las frambuesas...) |
