*Blueberry Muffin Supreme Bundt Cake*


My Patycofans ... Today February 20 is national Muffin day... 
Yes ..... Let's celebrate it with my friends #BundtBakers, 
Baking our favorite muffin, my favorite in this world is
purple blueberries ... and yours ???

 Let's begin:



Mis Patycofans...Hoy 20 de febrero es el día nacional del Muffin...
Sii.....Vamos a celebrarlo en compañia de mis amigas #BundtBakers,
horneando nuestro muffin favorito, el mio favorito de este mundo es el de 
arandanos morados...y el vuestro???
Nuestra anfitriona de este mes es  Wendy Klik  
Empecemos:





Ingredients:

3 cups all-purpose flour   (3 tazas harina)
3/4 teaspoon salt   (3/4 cucharadita sal)
1 tablespoon baking power   (1 cucharada levadura)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda   (media cucharadita bicarbonato)
1 cup sugar   (1 taza azucar)
1/2 cup butter, softened   (media taza mantequilla pomada)
zets from one lemon   (Ralladura de 1 limon)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil   (2 cucharadas aceite girasol)
2 eggs   (2 huevos)
1 cup sour cream   (1 taza crema agria)
1/2 cup whole milk   (media taza leche)
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract   (media cucharadita zumo limon)
2 cups fresh frozen blueberries   (2 tazas Arandanos frescos congelados)





*Directions*... Paso a paso...

Mise en place...

Precalentar el horno a 180 grados, calor arriba y abajo. Cernir el harina con la sal, levadura, bicarbonato, reservar...(Preheat oven to 375F. Sift together the flour, salt, baking power and baking soda, into a bowl. Set aside)

En un bol mezclar la mantequilla con el azucar hasta lograr una crema...(In a large mixing bowl, beat the sugar, butter, lemon zest and vegetable oil until ligth and creamy)

Añadir los huevos uno a uno hasta integrar muy bien...(Beat in the eggs one at time)

Agregar la leche y la crema agria, mezclando...(Whisk in the sour cream, milk)

Añadir ahora el zumo de limon...(and lemon extract)

Añadir la mitad del harina, mezclar...(Add half the flour mixture and stir until combined)

Añadir el resto del harina y terminar de mezclar...(Fold in the rest of the flour and mix thoroughly)

Por ultimo añadir los arandanos congelados, mezclar suavemente con la espatula...(Fold in the blueberries with a spatula until just combined)

Colocar la masa en el molde muy engrasado con spray o mantequilla liquida, hornear durante 45 a 55 minutos ó hasta que el palillo salga limpio...(Fill mold with spray and bake for 45-55 minutes)

Mirad que aspecto mas dorado y bonito tiene al salir del horno...(Until golden brown)

Dejar enfriar durante 15 minutos antes de desmoldar y dejar enfriar por completo sobre una rejilla...(When cool, remove from the Heritage and let it cool complety)

Aqui ya lo teneis listo, he puesto algunos arandanos frescos para acompañar al comer... (And here you have it ready, I've put some fresh blueberries to accompany eating)

 Un bundt muy jugoso, humedo y delicioso os encantara... (Very juicy, moist and delicious a bundt I love it)

Podeis cambiar los arandanos por frambuesas ó moras, el efecto sera maravilloso tambien... (You can change blueberries for raspberries or blackberries, the effect will be wonderful too)

No olvideis que un secreto del exito de este bundt, esta en congelar la fruta fresca, asi estamos seguros de la calidad y explosion de sabor...(Do not forget that a secret of the success of this bundt, was freezing fresh fruit, so we are sure the quality and flavor explosion)
