Hoy os traigo una receta diferente, con miel de flores, harina de trigo Sarraceno y coco!
Os encantara, ha quedado jugosa muy esponjosa, en verdad deliciosa
para chuparse los dedos!!!

Ingredientes:
3 Huevos120ml aceite
120ml Miel de flores
60g Azucar
150g Harina integral Espelta
150g Harina
40g Maizena
7,5g Levadura
5g Bicarbonato
1 taza Leche
Media taza Coco hojuelas
pizca Sal
Glaseado:
1 taza Azucar glas
2 cucharadas Leche
media taza Coco hojuelas
Ingredients:
3 eggs120ml oil
120ml flower honey
60g sugar
150g Spelled wholemeal flour
150g Flour
40g Cornstarch
7.5g Yeast
5g Bicarbonate
1 cup milk
Half cup Coconut flakes
pinch Salt
Glazed:
1 cup Icing sugar
2 tablespoons Milk
half cup Coconut flakes
Paso a paso:
Mise en place... |
Blanquear los huevos con el azucar durante 5 minutos...Blanch the eggs with the sugar for 5 minutes |
Agregar la miel de flores...Add honey flower |
Sin dejar de batir agregar el aceite...While beating add oil |
Añadir la leche...Add milk |
Añadir el harina integral de espelta...Add the wholemeal flour Spelled |
Aparte mezclar el harina, la maizena, la levadura y el bicarbonato, remover muy bien...Besides mixing the flour, cornstarch, yeast and baking, stir well |
Cernir las harinas...Sift flour |
Añadirl a la masa la sal...Add salt to the dough |
Añadir las harinas en 3 veces y mezclar poco, solo lo justo...Add flour and mix 3 times little, just enough |
Por ultimo añadir el coco en hojuelas...Finally add the coconut flakes |
Hornear durante 40 minutos en el horno precalentado a 180 grados con calor aarriba y abajo, previamente...Bake for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees with heat up and down, previously |
Desmoldar y ya dejar enfriar por completo sobre una rejilla...And unmolding and let cool completely on a rack |
