Bundt de Galletas de Avena y Arandanos
My Patycofans ... another month in the company of my pastry lovers of Bundts Cakes,
I bring you a bundt inspired by our favorite cookies!
I love the oatmeal and blueberry cookies my daughter Lina makes
So I adapted the recipe and here I bring you the result. It really is rich, very richIt's fluffy and crunchy with oatmeal,the only thing that I don't like is that the blueberries went to the bottomand they stuck a little ... a lot ... that's why you'll see that the surface is left

Os traigo un bundt inspirado el nuestras galletas favoritas!
A mi me encantan las galletas de avena y arandanos que hace mi hija Lina
asi que he adaptado la receta y aqui os traigo el resultado. Realmente esta rica, muy rica
esta esponjosa y es crujuente por la avena,
la unica cosa que no me quedo bien es que los arandanos se fueron al fondo
y se pegaron un poco..un mucho...por eso vereis que la superficie ha quedado
bastante irregular, cosa que me ha aportado para mejor...porque asi se ve muy apetitosa.

Empecemos:
250g Harina
90g Avena copos
7,5g Levadura
5g Bicarbonato
1 cucharada esencia Ron
125ml Aceite girasol
1 taza Leche
1 taza Arandanos
Ingredients:
300g sugar
250g flour
90g oat flakes
7.5g Yeast
5g Bicarbonate
1 tablespoon rum essence
125ml Sunflower Oil
1 cup milk
1 cup Blueberries

Empecemos:
Ingredientes:
300g Azucar250g Harina
90g Avena copos
7,5g Levadura
5g Bicarbonato
1 cucharada esencia Ron
125ml Aceite girasol
1 taza Leche
1 taza Arandanos
Ingredients:
300g sugar
250g flour
90g oat flakes
7.5g Yeast
5g Bicarbonate
1 tablespoon rum essence
125ml Sunflower Oil
1 cup milk
1 cup Blueberries
Mise en place |
En el bol de la batidora cascar los huevos y añadir la esencia de ron, batir durante 5 minutos In the mixer bowl add breaking eggs and rum essence, stir for 5 minutes |
Añadir el aceite y seguir batiendo Add the oil and continue beating |
Añadir la sal sin dejar de batir Add salt while beating |
Añadir el harina en 2 partes y batir a velocidad muy baja Add the flour and whisk in 2 parts at very low speed |
Tambien añadir la leche en varias partes Add milk in various parts |
Casi para terminar añadir los copos de avena, mezclar suavemente Almost to finish adding oatmeal, mix gently |
Ya por ultimo añadir los arandanos, dar un par de vueltas a la batidora And finally add blueberries, give a couple of laps to the mixer |
Ya tendremos lista la masa, es una masa suave y un poco liquida And we list the dough is soft dough and a little liquid |
Asi crece dentro del horno So it grows inside the oven |
Recien salido del horno, mirad que aspecto. Dejar reposar durante 15 minutos antes de desmoldar Fresh from the oven, see that look. Let stand for 15 minutes before unmolding |
Desmoldar sobre una rejilla y dejar enfriar por completo. Demolding on a rack and let cool completely |
